Cutter is another rescue from Death Row. He's older, 5 or 6 years, so no one was interested. He is now living with 5 other dogs and learning how to play. He's a happy guy but he has a loud bark, especially when he is trying to get your attention. His favorite thing, besides having his ears scratched, is grabbing an old rope toy and running around the yard with the rest of the pack in full pursuit.
